Cuartetango

The pulsating verve of Argentine tango comes alive with the Curatetango Ensemble.  The performance combines sweltering, high voltage tango dancing with equally dramatic live music and song.  The show will begin at 7:30pm on Thursday, January 28th at the Rose Lehrman Arts Center.  Tickets are $32 for adults, $30 for seniors, and $15 for students.  Call the Rose Lehrman Box Office at 717.231.ROSE.

We are Made for Music

The Harrisburg Men’s Chorus will perform on Saturday, January 23rd at 8pm and Sunday, January 24th at 2 pm at the Harrisburg Midtown Arts Center.  The performance entitled “We are Made for Music” will feature a mix of Vivaldi and Schubert with a bit of Irving Berlin and Cole Porter.  Add a dash of Disney, blend in equal amounts of Joseph Martin, Mark Hayes and Greg Gilpin.  Lace it with a splash of solos and surprises.  Shake things up with a 1960’s medley and you have a wonderful mid-winter tonic.  Don’t miss it!  Tickets are $15.
